I’m Jason and I teach ‘personalised exercise’ one-to-one, in workshops and online. ‘Personal’ means that your training program should take in to account your past, present and future self. It should provide you with the skills you need and the confidence to use them.

Would you like to feel fitter but unsure about how to get started? Is injury holding you back or have you had a personal trainer and still not got the results you wanted?

If you are not currently where you want to be then it’s not your fault. Fitness is an unregulated industry. Good information often gets lost in the noise. People who are motivated enough to join a gym rarely get a genuinely personal service.
